The Kiambu County Women’s League is set to kick off its 2025/26 season on December 7, with organizers promising a fair platform for talent development and growth.
Yesterday, FKF Kiambu Branch held a pre-season meeting at Kiambu Town to discuss the league’s new structure, participating teams, individual awards, and upcoming fixtures, including the Kenya United Cup.
FKF Kiambu County Women’s Representative Joyce Okonji assured players that the league will continue to support their development and empower women through football.
Branch Chairman Danson Ng’ang’a pledged full support to the league and commended teams for their continued dedication. Last season’s top performers were also rewarded: Soccer Sisters FC received Ksh. 100,000 while JKUAT earned Ksh. 50,000.
