Kiambu Town MP Machua Waithaka has commissioned eight newly renovated classrooms and staff houses at Benson Njau Primary School in Tinganga.
“My leadership is committed to improving infrastructure in all our public schools to ensure smooth learning for our students,” stated MP Waithaka.
The renovated classrooms, now equipped with tiled floors, offer a more conducive learning environment for the students.
The construction of staff houses also addresses the need for adequate accommodation for teachers, especially with some students boarding at the school.
This initiative is part of MP Waithaka’s ongoing efforts to improve educational facilities across the constituency, aiming to ensure that all students have access to quality education in a supportive environment.
The newly commissioned classrooms and staff houses are expected to significantly enhance the educational experience at Benson Njau Primary School.
The event was attended by a host of dignitaries and stakeholders in the education sector, including Sub County Director of Education Madam Litaba, Head Teacher Mrs. Mambo, the NGCDF team led by Chair Mr. Kariuki Karanja, the Board of Management (BOM), parents, and pupils.
