The National Police Service Commission (NPSC) has announced dates and venues for its nationwide recruitment of Police Constables, set to run from October 3 to October 9, 2025, across all 47 counties.
In Kiambu County, recruitment will be held at Ndumberi Stadium, Kwambira Stadium, and Thika Municipal Stadium. Applicants are expected to report to the venues by 8:00 am on the scheduled date.
“The National Police Service Commission (NPSC) seeks to recruit suitably qualified persons to be trained as Police Constables,” the Commission stated in its notice issued on Wednesday, September 24.
The exercise will take place simultaneously in different counties on each of the five days. On Friday, October 3, recruitment will begin in Kiambu alongside counties including Nairobi, Nakuru, Murang’a, Kakamega, Kisumu, Mombasa, Bungoma, and Baringo, among others.
The second phase on Monday, October 6 will cover counties such as Kericho, Garissa, Kitui, Mandera, Meru, and Kajiado. The recruitment will then continue in different sub-counties of other regions through October 7, 8, and 9, marking the final day of the drive.
NPSC has urged applicants to strictly observe timelines and ensure they only report to designated centres within their counties of residence.
The recruitment is expected to draw thousands of young Kenyans seeking careers in the police service, with Kiambu among the counties projected to post high turnout given its large youth population.
