The tarmacking of the Thindigua–Laurette–Windsor Road in Kiambu Town Constituency is well underway, promising to transform transport and mobility in the area.
The road, which serves hundreds of residents and businesses, has long been a key route linking major residential and commercial zones. Once completed, it is expected to ease traffic flow, improve access to neighbouring estates, and enhance property values in the fast-developing locality.
Kiambu Town MP Hon. Machua Waithaka said the project is part of his broader commitment to deliver quality and lasting infrastructure that benefits every corner of the constituency.
“This road will not only improve transport but also open up new investment opportunities for our people. We are keen on ensuring that every resident enjoys the benefits of better roads and reliable connectivity,” said Waithaka.
Local residents have welcomed the project, saying it will significantly improve their daily commute and make the area more attractive for business and real estate investment.
The road upgrade aligns with the county’s ongoing efforts to modernize its transport network, reduce travel time, and improve urban infrastructure across key townships within Kiambu.
