The County Government of Kiambu has announced plans to host the Annual Farmers Field Day on March 6 and 7 at Waruhiu ATC Farm in Githunguri Sub-County.
The event, organised through the Department of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation – Kiambu County in partnership with stakeholders, is open to farmers, agripreneurs, youth, students and all residents. Entry will be free.
According to the county, this year’s Field Day will offer practical, hands-on learning experiences across key agricultural value chains including dairy farming, poultry production, crop farming, horticulture, irrigation, farm mechanisation and agribusiness.
Participants will have an opportunity to interact directly with agricultural experts, explore innovative technologies, access advisory services and network with fellow farmers and industry players.
County officials say the initiative is part of ongoing efforts to empower farmers with modern knowledge and skills to improve productivity, enhance livelihoods and strengthen food security in Kiambu.
The event will run from 9:00am to 5:00pm on both days.

This is the right blog for anyone who wants to find out about this topic. You realize so much its almost hard to argue with you (not that I actually would want…HaHa). You definitely put a new spin on a topic thats been written about for years. Great stuff, just great!
You really make it seem so easy with your presentation however I find this topic to be really something which I think I might by no means understand. It seems too complicated and extremely huge for me. I am looking ahead in your subsequent publish, I’ll attempt to get the hang of it!
