Farmers in Gathanje area, Githunguri Township Ward, have received a major boost after Kiambu Governor Kimani Wamatangi led the distribution of farm inputs aimed at improving agricultural productivity and strengthening livelihoods.
The exercise, carried out in Githunguri Sub-County, saw hundreds of local farmers benefit from essential inputs designed to support planting and increase yields. The initiative forms part of the county government’s broader strategy to empower small-scale farmers and enhance food security.
