Riara Secondary School in Kiambu Town has undergone a major transformation following the completion of an extensive renovation project spearheaded by area MP Machua Waithaka.
The facelift saw 12 classrooms and two fully equipped laboratories refurbished, with new floor tiles, roofing and freshly redone walls. The upgrade has significantly improved the learning environment, replacing years of neglect with modern, safe and student-friendly facilities.
Speaking after the completion, the MP said the project reflects his commitment to improving education infrastructure and ensuring learners study in dignified conditions.
The renewed school now offers teachers and students a conducive space that supports learning, safety and academic excellence.
