Kiambu Governor Dr. Paul Kimani Wamatangi has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to strengthening healthcare delivery after an inspection visit to Tigoni Level Four Hospital in Limuru Sub-County.
During the visit, Governor Wamatangi interacted with both medical staff and patients, evaluating the hospital’s service quality and overall performance. He commended the facility for operating efficiently and serving residents with dedication.
“Visited Tigoni Level Four Hospital in Limuru Sub-County as part of my routine monitoring of service delivery. The facility is full, well-stocked, and offering quality services to patients,” the governor noted.
The governor also confirmed the installation of new X-ray and ultrasound machines, a move that strengthens the hospital’s diagnostic capacity.
The upgrades are part of Kiambu County’s ongoing healthcare transformation program, which focuses on equipping hospitals, expanding access to specialized care, and improving patient outcomes across all sub-counties.
Tigoni Level Four Hospital serves thousands of residents from Limuru and surrounding areas, and the recent improvements are expected to significantly boost efficiency and quality of healthcare.
Governor Wamatangi reiterated that his administration remains committed to continuous monitoring and evaluation of all county health facilities to ensure Kiambu residents receive timely and reliable medical care.
